Who processes your data

What data we collect

When you send us an enquiry through the form, we process the data you enter: your name, email, phone (if provided), the service you're interested in and your message. To protect against abuse, we also record the IP address and browser type.

Why and on what basis

We use the data solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless you become our client — in that case contractual and legal retention periods apply.

Who has access

Data is stored on our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We do not sell it or share it with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

• the right to access, rectify and erase your data,
• the right to restrict processing and to object,
• the right to withdraw consent at any time,
• the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
